Christmas 2009

This year we had such a great Christmas.
We were able to go to my grandma and grandpa's
for Christmas Eve dinner, I forgot my camera so
no pics from that. But Christmas morning we went
to my mom and dad's for breakfast, then to my inlaws
for the afternoon. It was such a great day we are so lucky
to have such good families. Here are a few pics from our
Christmas this year!

Christmas eve jammies!

Our nephew Kyler just loves Jason. I told him smile
for the camera Ky and he ran over and put his arms
around Jason for the picture. What a poser!

This is our Christmas morning breakfast at my
mom and dad's, YUM!

When we woke up Christmas morning Santa
had came and left us some blankets, board games
and a cheese and cracker basket!

These are our presents this year, I think we
went a little overboard!

Our tree

My dad surprised my mom with a scooter, she
just had to put her first mile on it! She was
FROZEN!

Ryan and mom testin out the scooter.
So another year has came and gone. I can't believe
how fast this year flew by! We had a great year, with
lots of laughs and love. Can't wait for 2010!

Candy Making!

We had such a fun weekend! We went to my sister's
on Saturday and make our favorite Christmas candies.
We always have so much fun when we are together, I
am so glad I have such a good relationship with these girls!

This is the finished candies. We made Fudge, Cherry
chocolate bars, toffee, eggnog fudge, church window
candies, and caramels.

My grandma insisted she took a picture of me by
the fireplace. haha gotta love her!

Love these girls!

We had so many dishes to do afterwards. My mom
got a head start on them!

Thanks Cali for inviting us over to make candy!
I think we need to start making this a family tradition!
Love you guys!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

It's finally DECEMBER! I am so happy December is here. It is a time of laughter, family, and friends! I love all of the parties and food, the glistening lights, and the warm and joyful hearts. It is a time of childhood brought back for just a split second, the feeling of carlessness, and the singing of Christmas carols. It is a time to be with the ones you love and enjoy every moment. But most of all it is a time to think back on that sacred night in bethlehem when Jesus was born in a tiny little stable, not even room for a bed. I am so thankful for this time of year, it helps me step back and look at the bigger picture. It's not about how many gifts we can stuff under the tree or how many lights we can put on the house. It's remembering that saced night when Chist was born. May we all remember the true meaning of Christmas this holiday season! It really is the most wonderful time of the year!

Grandma and Grandpa's 50th Anniversary!

On Nov. 2 it was my grandma and grandpa's 50th
Anniversary. Back in Oct we all went to the temple
with them. It was such a neat thing to have every
married family member there! My grandparents have
always said that's all they wanted for there 50th. On Friday
we had them a huge 50th party. It was so much fun my mom
decorated it just like it was a mini reception. She made amazing
food and put so much time into it! Here a a few well actually a lot of
pictures from their open house!
